Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy
Update July 2021
I just want to reassure you all that I will continue wearing a face mask for the foreseeable future. Helping to keep us both safe. Clients do not have to wear masks during treatments, but I fully appreciate that some of you may still want to. Please continue to use the hand sanitiser provided and wear a face mask when arriving and leaving the salon. Thank you. xx
Booking Appointments If I feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19 or anyone in my family fall ill, I will self-isolate immediately. This may mean that I must cancel your appointment at short notice. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but it is done entirely for your own safety.
If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise me as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to illness.
Visiting the Salon
I have increased the frequency of cleaning in the salon including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client. The Salon is aired for a minimum of 30 minutes between clients.
I can confirm that the laundering of salon towels and uniforms is a priority and all salon laundry is washed at 60 degrees centigrade. All disposable items are bagged and safely removed from the treatment area after each client.
